Gratuitous Grace

Richard Peter Morris is a Jersey Shore-based multi-instrumentalist and songwriter with a deep history in the New York folk scene. A former mastering engineer for artists like The Felice Brothers and a founding member of the M Shanghai String Band, Morris pairs a professional technical background with honest, compelling acoustic songwriting. Following a dedicated period of writing and family life, he is re-introducing his music to the performance circuit with his new solo album, Gratuitous Grace.
